Delete your data

A Resonance Social user can remove an individual platform connection or permanently delete their complete backend account.

From the application

1. Open Settings, then Connected Accounts.
2. Choose Disconnect to remove one platform, or Delete Backend Account to remove all synchronized information.
3. Confirm the permanent-deletion warning.

These controls will be enabled in the desktop application when account connection enters testing. Backend deletion already removes the user's sessions, connections, imported posts and metric snapshots together.

If the application is unavailable

Contact the person who provided the testing build directly and request backend account deletion. Never send social-platform passwords or access tokens with a deletion request.
